B-CAST

My final year university studio project was a truly immersive and exciting experience that allowed me to flex my design muscles and explore sustainability in architecture. The project centered around designing a sustainability center on a site in Bristol, which was to be a space for a variety of functions, including 20 office spaces, a shop, a canteen, an open area to showcase different sustainable building approaches, and a staff area.

To create the perfect design, I had to do extensive research and get creative with my ideas. I spent countless hours exploring sustainable building techniques and incorporating them into my plans. One of my favorite aspects of the project was designing the open area to showcase different sustainable building approaches. I wanted to make sure that this space was not only informative but also visually engaging, so I incorporated different sustainable materials and building techniques throughout the space. The canteen and shop areas were also particularly fun to design. I made sure to incorporate sustainable materials and design elements throughout these spaces while also ensuring that they were practical and functional. The office spaces were also a key component of the project, and I wanted to make sure that they were not only sustainable but also comfortable and inviting for those who would work there.
